Scheduled - Overnight our Engineering team will be migrating our unmanaged Dedicated Server customer's servers over to our new datacentre in Reading.

During this window, the servers will be powered down, removed from our Stevenage datacentre and transported to Reading where they will be reconnected and powered back up in Reading. Whilst this is ongoing, the servers will be unavailable.

Customers may notice traffic to some Internet destinations taking different paths than normal, but we have ample capacity elsewhere on the network during this time and this maintenance is not expected to impact your service.

Resolved - We're pleased to confirm that our payment provider has managed to resolve the recent issues with adding some payment cards and processing payments.

Any customers who continue to experience a problem, please get in touch so that we can investigate further.

Update - We're continuing to investigate issues affecting some customers when trying to add new payment cards or trying to process payment via the LCN website.

This appears to be an issue relating specifically to 3DSecure V2 and isn't affecting all customers/cards. Therefore, if you have service due to renewal, please get in touch via our support phone lines 01438 532 000 and we'll be able to process payment over the phone for you.

We're currently working on restoring access to webmail.lcn.com and ensuring that email pending delivery to customer's email accounts is processed successfully.

Scheduled - Overnight on Tuesday 13th October, we'll be migrating all customer email services over to a new hosting platform in our new, flagship data centre in Reading.

During the migration, email delivery will be temporarily paused and access to email accounts via webmail and local email clients such as MS Outlook etc. will fail and return connectivity errors.

Any mail sent to LCN hosted email accounts during this window should be queued and delivered once our email services are back online. However, how this is handled is determined by the set up of the sending server.

Once the work is complete, access to webmail will be reinstated and your email clients should re-connect without any further action. In some cases, you may be prompted to reconnect manually and reconfirm your mail settings.

We’ll be making every effort to ensure that customers encounter as little disruption as possible throughout the migration. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this work may cause.
