Our supplier will be performing maintenance on the network between our Reading datacentre and Telehouse network site. During this maintenance this link will be down for some of the time, and “at risk” for the remainder of the time, while network upgrades are performed.
During this time traffic will route via our Slough network site and there is plenty of spare capacity between Reading and Slough and between Slough and Telehouse. Customer traffic shouldn’t be impacted by this but in some cases customers may notice that traffic takes different paths across our network and onto the Internet so this should be considered an “at risk” maintenance window.
