Overnight on Tuesday 13th October, we'll be migrating all customer email services over to a new hosting platform in our new, flagship data centre in Reading.

During the migration, email delivery will be temporarily paused and access to email accounts via webmail and local email clients such as MS Outlook etc. will fail and return connectivity errors.

Any mail sent to LCN hosted email accounts during this window should be queued and delivered once our email services are back online. However, how this is handled is determined by the set up of the sending server.

Once the work is complete, access to webmail will be reinstated and your email clients should re-connect without any further action. In some cases, you may be prompted to reconnect manually and reconfirm your mail settings.

We’ll be making every effort to ensure that customers encounter as little disruption as possible throughout the migration. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this work may cause.
